Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Services

Before work begins, Noble provides a written proposal stating the agreed scope and total price. Engagements start at $299; additional or broader work is quoted separately. Any diagnostic or third-party expense must be identified and approved before it is incurred. Moving remaining approved work to remote completion does not expand the agreed scope or create an additional charge by itself.

Customers should review the agreed scope and payment timing before work begins. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be confirmed with the customer, subject to nonwaivable rights provided by law.

After work begins, refunds are not automatic. Noble first investigates and attempts to correct a covered workmanship issue. If Noble does not deliver an agreed material part of the scope, Noble may refund the undelivered portion. Properly performed labor is not refundable solely because Google or another third party delays, rejects, reverses, suspends, or declines a change.

If Noble cancels the session or visit, the customer may choose a priority reschedule without charge or a full refund. Any nonwaivable cancellation right provided by law remains available.

For work outside an approved proposal scope, refund arrangements for cancellation, undelivered work, or third-party costs will be stated in a separate written proposal or service agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
