1. Services
Noble’s Marketing helps local small businesses find and fix problems with their Google Business Profile and customer contact information so customers can reach them. A Free Business Checkup costs $0 and creates no obligation. Business Improvement Engagements start at $299. After reviewing the customer’s priorities, Noble provides a written proposal stating the agreed scope and total price. Additional or broader work is quoted separately and requires customer approval before it begins. Engagements may be remote or on-site, subject to the visit limits below. On-site service is available at eligible Ohio business locations within 20 driving miles of downtown Cincinnati.
Other consulting, training, marketing, photography, content, or business-growth work is provided only under a separate written proposal or service agreement stating its scope and price.
2. Quotes and Payment
Business Improvement Engagements start at $299. Final price depends on the agreed scope. Any additional or broader work is separately quoted. The written proposal identifies the work, total price, payment timing, and any approved third-party expense. The customer may accept or decline. A request alone does not authorize work or a charge.
3. One-Time Services
The $299 starting price is an entry point for a scoped Business Improvement Engagement, not a promise that every request or task has the same price. Noble reviews the request and provides the proposed scope and total price in writing. The customer may accept or decline before work begins.
Work beyond the customer-approved scope requires prior customer approval. If a separate third-party expense is needed, Noble identifies it and obtains approval before incurring it.
An on-site engagement includes up to one hour at the customer’s location for the approved scope. A longer engagement must be included in a separate written proposal approved in advance and may extend on-site time up to two hours total. Two hours is the maximum on-site time per appointment, including diagnosis, work, and testing.
Remaining work within the approved scope is completed remotely. Before leaving, Noble provides a status summary and agrees with the customer on a remote session or next update date. Customer access and third-party processing may affect completion time. Additional or broader work requires a separate written proposal and customer approval. Remote follow-through does not include unlimited support.
Customers requesting a visit must confirm scope, travel eligibility, and account access before booking. An authorized person must be present and enter their own passwords and verification codes. Testing confirms the repaired contact function works, including receipt of a test inquiry where applicable; it does not guarantee future leads, sales, or search rankings.
If access restrictions, third-party decisions, or a larger underlying issue prevent the agreed repair, Noble stops and explains the findings before further work. Before booking, the written confirmation states any diagnostic charge and payment or refund treatment if the repair cannot be completed. Additional charges require customer approval.
Noble provides a 14-day correction commitment for errors caused by its work. The commitment covers correcting the Noble-caused error within the agreed scope and does not guarantee Google approval, rankings, leads, sales, or other third-party results.
4. Cancellation
The customer may cancel a proposed engagement before work begins by contacting Noble in writing. Any work already completed, approved expenses, and refund eligibility are handled under the written proposal and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for work already performed or approved costs already incurred.
5. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Noble’s Marketing Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Noble’s Marketing website.
Generally, a one-time service may be eligible for a refund if the customer cancels before work has begun. Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable except for duplicate or incorrect charges or where otherwise required by law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for Noble’s Marketing to perform the purchased services.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions, rights, account access, business information, photographs, trademarks, or other materials necessary for work the customer requests Noble’s Marketing to perform.
Delays in providing required information or access may delay completion of services.
For an online or on-site Business Improvement Engagement, the business owner or a formally authorized manager must participate and remain available to approve account changes. The customer must enter passwords and verification codes personally. Noble does not receive or store customer passwords or verification codes.
7. Marketing Results
Noble’s Marketing works to improve business visibility, marketing presentation, content, and related areas according to the service purchased.
